Pricing FAQ
- Why per object instead of per location?
- A 20-bay facility and a 2-bay studio are both "one location", but they are wildly different businesses. Objects (bays, simulators, chairs, rooms) are the honest proxy for revenue capacity, so a small studio pays a small bill and only grows its bill as it grows its capacity. Add-on inventory like club sets or F&B items is never counted.
- What happens when my included credits run out?
- Nothing breaks. Usage simply continues at the same published credit rates and the overage is auto-billed with your next monthly charge, itemized. You'll get low-balance alerts before it happens, and you can buy discounted credit packs or turn on auto-recharge any time.
- Can I downgrade?
- Yes, any time, self-serve. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing period and are never blocked. You'll see a clear diff of what changes before you confirm. We even proactively recommend a cheaper package when the math says you'd save.
- Are there really zero booking fees?
- Yes. We don't take a cut of your bookings. Your customers' payments are yours. Standard card-processing costs from the payment processor still apply, but ConnectMe2 adds no platform fee on top.
